The ANA Screen is a CLIA-based test for qualitative detection of IgG antibodies to nuclear antigens, including dsDNA, Sm, SSA, SSB, Scl-70, Jo-1, and U1-snRNP. Used on IDS automated analyzers, it screens for autoimmune disorders such as SLE and scleroderma. Requiring only 6 µL of serum or EDTA plasma, the test delivers sensitive, reliable autoimmune profiling with minimal sample volume.
